  • Whether joining our a live class or perusing our expansive Replay Library of over 500+ classes, you can expect Haus to always fit your schedule.

  • With the option to join a live class ten minutes early to chat with Kathryn and the Haus, or the ability to reach out any time on the Discord app, expect to form real relationships.

  • Regardless of your economic circumstance or budget, expect financial assistance to always be available upon request.

The classes offered here are not geared toward targeting insecurities; we don’t make any promises about losing weight or looking younger. Instead, we are wonderful group of renegades, experiencing ritual, movement, growth, and community from a true place of belonging.

    If you are unable to attend a live class, all live classes are immediately available for on-demand viewing in the Replay Library after the class is over.
