  • With the option to join live classes ten minutes early to chat with Kathryn and the Haus, or the ability to reach out any time on the Discord app, expect to form real relationships.

  • Regardless of your economic circumstance or budget, expect financial assistance to always be available upon request.

The classes offered here are not geared toward targeting insecurities; we don’t make any promises about losing weight or looking younger. Instead, we are wonderful group of renegades, experiencing ritual, movement, growth, and community from a true place of belonging.

    If you are unable to attend a live class, all live classes are immediately available for on-demand viewing in the Replay Library after the class is over.
