HOW IT WORKS:
Crow pose (Bakasana) is a combination of balance, mobility, and strength. Some of us might need more strength and stability to achieve crow, while others may require opening and mobility to find the posture. Many of us need a healthy serving of both. Our program addresses everyone’s individual needs in four separate sections:

This session offers a series of preparatory strengthening postures for those needing more stability and awareness in their hip flexor region, core, and upper back.
FOCUSED PREP: Stretch
36 minute stretch practice
This session offers a series of preparatory opening postures for those needing more mobility in their hip flexor region, wrists, and upper back.

Learn from Kathryn’s extensive knowledge in a workshop format including anatomical do’s and don’ts, an array of confidence boosting variations including props, precise cueing, and full circle understanding of how the STRENGTH + STRETCH sessions allow us to take flight.
