About Meg Younger:
Meg’s entire professional career has been solely focused on helping people feel good in their bodies through movement. As a physical therapist for 20 years and a yoga teacher for 10, she has personally experienced the power of physical activity, both mentally and physically. As a 500-hour E-RYT, she has taught in San Francisco and Charleston. Prior to COVID, she founded Urban Yoga in Charleston, SC.
