Persephone Spritz + FASHUN
I first made this cocktail for our Haus of Phoenix Spring Retreat (our Bird of Paradise/Compass workshop is available HERE), but was feeling extra inspired by my friends at Electric & Rose with their Aperol colored leggings, dress, and sweats. So what better thing to do on a Saturday than merge my culinary pursuits with FASHUN? Here’s three looks from the current Electric & Rose collection as well as the recipe for my favorite summer drink. Cheers!
*NOTE. I got fancy if you watch my Instagram Reel: grab an extra sprig of rosemary, set it aflame (careful, now), then trap the flaming rosemary under your wine glass and let the rosemary smoke infuse your glass. Totally unnecessary, but adds a delightful flavor, and y’all — it’s fun. I’ve also included the mocktail version if you’re going booze-free.
