Meet Yuval Samburski
During Kathryn’s amazing weekend at Kripalu with Jessamyn, she was introduced to the delightful human that is Yuval Samburksi of UVYoga! We are so lucky to have him in the Haus for Pride month! Learn more about Yuval below!
Name: Yuval Samburski
Superhero alias: UVYoga
Location: Everywhere! My husband and I gave up our NYC apartment not long ago, and we are flying all around to teach and flowing with the abundance of life. Feeling focused and free all at the same time.
Occupation by day: Yoga instructor, Teacher Trainer and Mentor. Specializing in Vinyasa, Pranayama, Restorative and Self-Massage, Posture Alignment, and The Yoga Sutras.
Occupation by night: Sound healer, vocalist, all around magician of vibration, breath, energy, and sound. Offering hypnotherapy, past life regressions. Night “day-dreaming” is a favorite pass time.
Favorite food: Anything with good cheese, especially if it’s melted!!
What is your current mood: Flowy, Focused, Fabulous, Fantastic.
Favorite quality in a human: Brightness, giving, a big smile, an open heart, and a sense of humor is a must.
Least favorite quality in a human: Racism, anger, narrow mindedness… Humans, who are happy to be led instead of thinking each for themselves and forming their own opinions, always puzzle me. We must live our truth fully, no? This life is our chance for that.
Biggest regret: Everything has a cosmic rhythm. I try not to dwell in what could be or did not happen, and trust all is in sync with a higher journey and purpose.
Wildest dream: A world with no wars and less suffering
Cat or dog: I LOVE most animals, so why make me choose 🤬 But DUH! Cats. Since I am one.
Favorite book: The NeverEnding Story by Michael Ende
Favorite yoga pose: Curled up with my hubby!
What does the word ‘Haus’ mean to you: Family without judgements, chosen home, unconditional support and care.
Your life motto: We do everything better when we enjoy ourselves. We don’t need to be somber to go deep spiritually or work hard. The tough stuff will come up for sure, but also, let’s laugh! I try to always do things that I love.
