That means connecting specific mantras to each breath of our salutations and powerful phrases in postures where we often feel vulnerable.
For Pride month, we are getting spicy and exploring burlesque movement! Burlesque is the art of the striptease, the art of holding an audience in the palm of your hand, and the art of finding your power through sensual movement. Shimmies, bumps, grinds, and more, we will explore how it applies to YOUR body!
