Haus Classes for Gemini Season ♊️

How does one describe an Gemini? Multi-faceted, adaptable, and outgoing — characteristics we’ve matched from our Haus of Phoenix Replays!

There’s now more than 540 on-demand videos in our Replay Library! Have you explored them yet? Enjoy!

Multi-faceted:

This practice effortlessly blends sun and moon salutations together into a graceful flow peppered with lunges, warriors, and twists. Wonderful for when you want to move and build heat without an excessive amount of vinyasa or chaturanga.

From an emotional standpoint, use this class when you're trying to sever the ticker-tape of frustration or negative storytelling.

In this sweet and spicy flow, we are aiming to get the best of both worlds! First, we will explore some "spicy" yoga moves on the mat to raise our body temperatures and fan our flames. Then, we will end class with a relaxing cool down featuring some "sweet" releases and calming stretches.

Adaptable:

Care for a delightful diversion? Short and sweet, this 30-minute practice pulls from a traditional flow sequence with small but fun modifications to pull you out of your head and into a delighted state of play. Expect fun core work, planks that twist, dogs that bounce, and wings that sprout from nowhere!

It's the most wonderful time of the year!! Halloween gives us full permission to embrace our love of all things bizarre. If you love exploring unusual and borderline creepy looking shapes, this class is for you. We will explore variations on traditional movement and poses to turn up the weird just in time to celebrate the arrival of spooky season. This class will be fun and exploratory! See you soon, Shapeshifters!

Outgoing:

This month's theme is PLAY, so prepare yourself to be the life of the party! Put your party pants on and dive into a practice filled with whimsical vinyasas and playful side-plank variations. Use this whenever you need to access power, play, optimism, or a sense of beautiful largeness.

We're celebrating the heart chakra with a heart-opening flow of sun salutations filled with wild things, cobras, camels, and lunges. These repetitive postures will build on each other, creating space and heat, allowing your heart to break free of any restraints and let your inner wildness roam free.
