Let’s go on a yoga and meditation journey together!

Over the next month, a new practice will be released each day. As the weeks progress, the classes will build in level and intensity, climaxing with a playful week of peak-poses and arm balances! All classes are pre-recorded, so you can access the classes on-demand and tailor the schedule to your availability.

We hope this daily commitment encourages you to show up for yourself both on and off the mat, as you build up your practice and face new challenges along the way!
