Cultivate power with this circuit workout sandwiched between a sun salutation warm up and hip opening cool down. This little power house of a class packs a punch: weighted squats, reclined core, posterior chain and upper body strengthening, and just enough cardio to say, 'That'll do, thanks!' Use this class without weights to build confidence and stability, or add an assortment of hand and ankle weights to turn up the heat.

The solar plexus chakra (located above the navel) is the home of our power and self-confidence. When blocked, it can be difficult to make decisions or feel that your opinion matters. Using the visual element of fire and Agni mudra, we'll burn away our insecurities and fear, leaving room for trust and purpose.

Hanuman, the Hindu god and divine companion of Rama, is a symbol of courage, unconditional love, strength, and devotion. The pose Hanumanasana celebrates all of the beautiful attributes associated with Hanuman! Haus Teacher Justin Reilley will dive deep into this posture and help us find the courage to take the leap into this beautiful pose, by preparing not just our body, but also our spirit, for the challenge.
